球(qiu)磨機中的(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要(yao)作用(yong)是(shi)對物料進行沖擊破碎,同時也起到一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)研(yan)磨作用(yong)。因(yin)此,鋼球(qiu)進行級配(pei)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),就(jiu)是(shi)要(yao)滿足這(zhe)兩方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。粉碎效(xiao)果的(de)(de)(de)好壞直接對粉磨效(xiao)率產生影(ying)(ying)響(xiang),并最終(zhong)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)球(qiu)磨機產量,能否(fou)達到粉碎要(yao)求(qiu)取決(jue)于鋼球(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)級配(pei)是(shi)否(fou)合理,主(zhu)要(yao)包括鋼球(qiu)大小、球(qiu)徑級數、各種規(gui)格(ge)球(qiu)所占比(bi)例等。

首先,鋼球要(yao)有(you)足夠大的沖擊力,使(shi)具備足夠能量以擊碎顆粒物(wu)料,這(zhe)與鋼球的最大球徑有(you)直接關系。
其次(ci),鋼(gang)球(qiu)對(dui)物料要有(you)足夠多(duo)的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊次(ci)數,這與鋼(gang)球(qiu)填充率和(he)平均球(qiu)徑有(you)關。當裝填量一定時,在保證足夠沖(chong)擊力的(de)(de)前(qian)提下,盡量減(jian)小研磨體(ti)直徑,增加鋼(gang)球(qiu)個數來提高對(dui)物料的(de)(de)沖(chong)擊次(ci)數,以提高粉碎效率。
最后,物料(liao)(liao)在磨機內有足夠(gou)的(de)停(ting)留時間,以(yi)保證物料(liao)(liao)被充分(fen)粉(fen)碎,這就(jiu)要(yao)求(qiu)所配(pei)鋼球要(yao)有一定(ding)的(de)控制物料(liao)(liao)流速的(de)能(neng)力。
